Summary
Jacobsen Syndrome, likewise referred to as 11q deletion, occurs as congenital disorder that occurs due to a unfair deletion of the terminal band on chromosome 11.
Physical Characteristics
Closely-placed eyes from either trigonocephaly
Folding of a skin touching the eye (epicanthus)
Short, upturned nose (anteverted anterior naris)
Thin lips that curve inward
Displaced receding chin (retrognathia)
Low-placed, ill-shapen ears
Permanent upward curvature of the little finger & annualry (bilateral camptodactyly)
Hammer Toes

Outlook
